Bella Boutique is based in Denver, Colorado and is the region’s leading provider of free dresses to area teens who otherwise would not be able to afford a gown.  They are a unique referral-based system, able to provide prom gowns and any complimentary accessories to deserving teens in the metro area.  Teens who are referred are able to set up individual appointments to visit the boutique, where they will be paired up with a personal shopping assistant that helps them choose the dress of their dreams.
